Eligibility: The "Sweeten The Pot" Fantasy Baseball Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Thuuz Inc. ("Sponsor"), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must be signed up for a fantasy baseball league in which all members of the league, including the individual, have downloaded the Thuuz Sports app (version 6.4.1 or later on iOS and version 6.4.4 or later on Android devices) and import a fantasy team into the app from one of the supported platforms (ESPN, Yahoo, Fox, CBS, MLB.com) by 8/1/13. Entrant may be asked to provide his or her name, physical address, email address, telephone number, birth date, gender and to select a password. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all contact information is up-to-date and accurate. To enter by email, please contact ThuuzSupport@statsperform.com.

To Participate: Once the individual, and every participant, in his or her fantasy league downloads the Thuuz Sports app (version 6.4.1 or later on iOS and version 6.4.4 or later on Android devices) and imports a fantasy team from one of the aforementioned sources, each individual in the league will be automatically entered into the grand prize drawing on behalf of their fantasy league. Every individual in the fantasy baseball league needs to participate in order for each person in the league to be eligible for sweepstakes entry. Individuals who have already downloaded previous versions of the Thuuz Sports app must simply download the newest update and import a fantasy team in order to enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional entries from any person, household or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional information requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled or undelivered entries, or transmissions, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission, processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.thuuz.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; lost, non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries and/or the announcement of the prizes. The use of script, macro, automated entry, mechanical or similar devices or other any other devices that subvert the entry process to participate is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor and/or Administrator by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Winner Selection: Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 8/15/13 from among all eligible entries received by 8/1/12. The entire fantasy baseball league will be notified of the winners. The league will be notified by email. The winner will have 24 hours to respond before a new winner is selected. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: $5000 (Five Thousand US Dollars) cash. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. The $5000 prize will be evenly distributed among the members of the winning Fantasy League. Winners are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) in order to claim prize. Other restrictions may apply. All winners from winning fantasy league must meet eligibility requirements.

Miscellaneous: Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. The Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of issuance of notification. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the Grand Prize winner, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, Grand Prize winner shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by Grand Prize winner in his/her interview. In that regard, Grand Prize winner will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify the Grand Prize winner from any prize element, based on the background check.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by California law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Santa Clara County, California, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winner and fulfill the prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, accessible on their website at www.thuuz.com.
